What’s included in the £59 January Assessment?

Your £59 assessment includes a full consultation, a detailed posture and spinal health check, and any X-rays if your chiropractor decides they’re clinically needed. You’ll also receive a personalised report of findings that clearly explains what’s going on and what your options are. There are no hidden fees and no obligation to continue care.

If your chiropractic practitioner feels that physiotherapy would be better suited to your needs and goals, you’ll also be eligible, as part of this offer, to receive a complimentary assessment with a Physiotherapy practitioner.

Do I have to sign up for ongoing treatment?

No. This is a one-time assessment, designed to give you clarity and professional insight into your spinal health.
If you choose to continue with care afterward, your chiropractor will explain your options, but the decision is completely yours.

What happens after my assessment?

At your report of findings appointment, your chiropractor will explain everything they found and answer any questions you have.
If treatment is recommended, you’ll be given clear options, including pricing, so you can decide what works for you.
There’s no pressure and no long-term contracts.

Can I book the January offer for someone else?

How long does the assessment take?

The full assessment usually takes 30–40 minutes, depending on your case. If X-rays are required, allow up to 1 hour. Your report of findings appointment is scheduled separately so your chiropractor can review everything thoroughly.

Will I get X-rays?

X-rays are only taken if your chiropractor believes they are clinically necessary based on your health history and examination. If they aren’t needed, they won’t be taken, but if they are, they are fully included in the £59 offer.

How do I know whether I need a chiropractor or a physiotherapist?

You don’t need to worry about choosing the right professional, that’s exactly what the assessment is for. At Hälsa, we offer both chiropractic and physiotherapy and your practitioner will determine which approach is most suitable for your condition.

If your case would benefit more from physiotherapy than chiropractic (or vice versa), we’ll guide you to the practitioner who can best support your goals. If physiotherapy is recommended, you’ll also be eligible for a complimentary assessment with a Physiotherapy practitioner as part of this offer.

Is chiropractic treatment safe?

Yes. All Hälsa chiropractors are highly trained, registered professionals who deliver safe, non-invasive care. Chiropractic is widely used for back pain, neck pain, posture issues and general wellbeing. Your chiropractor will take a full history and only recommend treatment if it’s appropriate for you.
